Neil J. Hamburg

He has advised on all aspects of employment law, including preparation and implementation of personnel policies, and on other matters such as asbestos removal, construction, nuclear regulation and purchasing and bids.
James P. Golden
Mr. Golden practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, banking and financial litigation, employment litigation, health care, election law, premises liability and civil rights. Mr. Golden has conducted state and federal bench trials and jury trials, and arbitrations, and has argued cases in state and federal appellate courts. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution.
Michael E. Sacks
Mr. Sacks practices in the areas of employment and education law, commercial litigation, civil rights, products liability and other civil litigation. Mr. Sacks has participated in state and federal bench trials and jury trials.

Craig D. Ginsburg

Prior to joining Hamburg & Golden, P.C., Mr. Ginsburg litigated major tax and commercial cases for the City of Philadelphia as a deputy city solicitor.

Cameron J. Etezady
Mr. Etezady practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hamburg & Golden, P.C., Mr. Etezady's practice emphasis was in defending large and small corporate and professional clients at all phases of litigation. Mr. Etezady's experience ranges from employment law through general liability claims. He has also participated in the defense of complex product liability and professional liability matters in state and federal courts.

Wei-Wei Chiu
Ms. Chiu practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hamburg & Golden, P.C., Ms. Chiu represented clients on a variety of commercial contract, litigation and corporate transactional matters.

Maureen Hogan Krueger
Ms. Krueger practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hamburg & Golden, P.C., Ms. Krueger’s practice emphasis was in administrative law. Ms. Krueger’s experience ranges from family law to estates. She has also participated in appellate matters in the Third Circuit and Fourth Circuit courts.

Shelley R. Goldner
Ms. Goldner practices in the areas of employment and education law, commercial litigation, construction law and real estate litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Hamburg & Golden, Ms. Goldner's practice emphasized representation of multi-employer employee benefit plans in ERISA, commercial and employment litigation. She also represented clients in corporate and commercial transactional matters.
